How long will it take to get my package?

Postage times may vary from location to location

A tracking number will be provided in order to track the location of your parcel

How do I track my order?

An email will be sent to your account with the tracking information for your order. You can simply use this tracking number and track your item through Australia Post

How do I place an order?

Does Beshtech ship internationally?

We sure do!

For all international orders we use Australia Post

The timing will depend on your location, however a tracking number will be provided with every order so you can track and locate your Beshtech order throughout its journey to you!

Do I need an account to place an order?

Not necessarily, however we do suggest to create an account which helps keep all your orders in one place.

What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe and PayPal.

Ordering through Beshtech is a safe and secure experience backed by our SSL certificate, represented by a lock in the URL section.

How long is your processing and handling time?

For orders placed before 4.30pm AWST we offer same day delivery. This means your order will arrive faster than ever!

If you have missed the cut off time, your order will be shipped the next day.

Who is Beshtech?

Beshtech is an Australian made company which first came to market in 2006. Beshtech first started as a popular eBay store and has now evolved into a standalone business providing the latest in tech and everything in between. Founded by David Beshay, a passionate entrepreneur, who then added his father, Moses on board to become a father-son duo of the tech industry.

Beshtech has delivered packages to all ends of the globe from Africa to America.

Do you also do repairs?

Yes we do! Beshtech operates repair shops within the Western Australia region, and is looking to expand. If you need any repairs please contact us via contact@beshtech.com.au and our friendly staff will respond to your query.

My item is defective what can I do?

If for any reason you have received a defective item please contact our friendly team within 30 days to replace or refund your item.

For returns contact: Returns@beshtech.com.au

Do you provide warranty for your products?

Yes we most certainly do! If you are having issues with any of our products simply contact us via phone or email and we will sort that out for you!

Our warranty is 6 months for batteries and 1 year for phone repair parts.

I have changed my mind can I return my item?

Yes we have a 30 day exchange policy. If for some reason you are not happy with our product(s) please contact our friendly staff to resolve the problem for you.

If you have changed your mind, you can simply return your item back to us for a full refund or store credit within the 30 days.

Where are your packaged shipped from?

Our Beshtech warehouse is located in Perth, Western Australia with all orders being shipped from Australia.

Can I sell my items with Beshtech?

Yes you most certainly can! As we expand we are now taking on new and fresh suppliers. To list your items with Beshtech simply contact us with your proposal and we will send through the details.
